Auto-Renewal Agreement

Thank you for using Please Prof. This Auto-Renewal Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions applicable to users who purchase and maintain a subscription plan (“Subscription”) for Please Prof Premium services on supported platforms.

1. Subscription Plans

Please Prof offers auto-renewable subscription plans on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

New users may be eligible for an introductory or promotional price during the initial subscription period. After the introductory period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price for the selected plan, unless canceled in advance.

Available subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles may vary depending on the platform and region.

2. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The renewal fee will be charged using the payment method associated with the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

3. Payment and Billing

iOS (Apple App Store In-App Purchase)

If you subscribe through the iOS app, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription via:Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. All billing and payment processing on iOS are handled by Apple.

macOS (Paddle)

If you subscribe through the macOS application, payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription page on the macOS app.

Billing, invoicing, tax handling, and payment processing for macOS subscriptions are managed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the device or platform where the subscription was originally purchased.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing depend on the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

iOS (Apple App Store)

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS application are processed by Apple. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s App Store policies. Please Prof does not process, approve, or determine refund eligibility for iOS purchases.

macOS / Web (Paddle)

Subscriptions purchased through macOS or the Please Prof website are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refund rights for these purchases are governed by Paddle’s Consumer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable, eligible consumers may have the right to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s Consumer Terms.

Refund requests for Paddle transactions must be submitted through the Paddle customer portal or the subscription management link provided in the purchase confirmation email. Paddle determines refund eligibility and processes approved refunds in accordance with its policies and legal obligations.

5. Scope of Subscription Services

An active subscription grants access to Please Prof Premium software features, which are designed to help users process, understand, and organize audio-based information.

Subscribed services may include, but are not limited to:

Important Clarification on AI-Related Functionality

Please Prof does not sell, license, or provide access to standalone artificial intelligence models, AI services, or AI APIs.

Any automated or AI-assisted functionality offered within the product:

The subscription fee covers access to the Please Prof application and its information-processing features, not the direct provision of AI technologies themselves.

Features may vary by subscription plan, platform, or future product updates.

6. Data, Payments, and Privacy

Please Prof does not collect or store your full payment information.

User data and subscription information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

Any changes will take effect upon posting within the app or on our official website. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
