Please note that Please Prof subscriptions are sold through different payment providers depending on the platform used. Refund rights and procedures therefore depend on where the purchase was made.
If you purchased a subscription through the iOS application, your transaction was processed by Apple via the Apple App Store.
All refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and App Store terms.
Please Prof does not process, approve, deny, or manage refunds for iOS purchases.

If you purchased a subscription through the macOS application, your transaction was processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
